  • The “Work-Work Balance”: Building a sustainable career with dual work-streams

For decades, we’ve been told to strive for work–life balance. But in today’s evolving economy, many professionals are discovering that the real key to career sustainability is something else entirely: work-work balance. This isn’t hustle culture, it’s a new era of symbiotic working. In this talk, creative marketing professional and agency founder Brooke LeBeau explores how cultivating multiple professional outlets can strengthen careers, increase financial stability, and fuel long-term growth. Rather than viewing side projects, freelance work, or alternative income streams as distractions from a “primary” career, Brooke reframes them as strategic tools for professional development.
