About Cyrus Anton

My name is Cyrus Anton, and I am a 20-year-old quadriplegic from West Central Indiana. I am dual majoring in pre-law and political science at Wabash College. Outside of school, I am involved in many different organizations and activities. Most notably, I am president of the United Spinal Association of Indiana. I am also an Eagle Scout and work for the Tyler Schrenk Foundation as an accessible technology trainer. I have learned many skills through my passions, but am most interested in disability awareness and inclusion. Through speaking to the public, I hope to enhance disability awareness and inclusion on a local, state, and federal level.

  • Disability Inclusion

In this presentation, I will exemplify the need for disability inclusion in workplaces, the educational system, and society as a whole. I will use my personal narrative and credible statistics to assert the need for disability inclusion. In my presentation, I intend to be funny and lighthearted to convey a personal relationship with the audience. I will further use audience participation and discussion to build on this relationship. I hope that by using these tools, I can amplify the prerogative of my message.
