Renee Harlor is the co-founder of Misty Eyes Animal Center, a non-profit organization located in Hendricks County and serving Central Indiana. Since 2011 she has been responsible for the business portion and outreach programs of the organization. They
have raised over $900,000, with plans for significant growth in 2020. In addition to her interest in the non-profit world, Renee has owned and operated an independent restaurant and has spent over 15 years in the hospitality industry. Renee is currently the executive director for a local chamber of commerce. She has been featured as the cover story of the Hendricks County Business Leader and The Southside Times. Renee works to help small businesses and nonprofit organizations meet their full potential. Soon you will be able to enjoy her book, "Greater Than Eight". She enjoys spending time with her family, playing with her two dogs, cooking for friends and visiting Maine.
