Over the last 15 years, Shad has worked in sales, business development, market strategy, rate negotiation and pricing management, contract negotiation, and operations in the transportation/logistics/supply chain industry in the US and Asia.
Shad brings his personal passions and values to every aspect of his life, including his work with sales teams. As an Ironman athlete, he understands the value of goal setting, preparation, and endurance. He encourages sales associates to persevere, to grow their strengths and to honestly evaluate and improve their weaknesses. As a world traveler, he brings a unique global perspective and understanding to every organization and individual.
Over the past three years, Shad has used his experience as a student and teacher to help business owners and sales teams fight through the challenges of managing and growing a strong sales pipeline. He works with sales teams by challenging their current mindset, techniques and behaviors in order to build a high growth sales organization.
