  • Life, Love & the Missing Link

Samantha Tishner, Relationship Coach, Speaker, Author, Heal First Coaching

    TOPIC CATEGORY: Motivational

Through my life's journey, I finally figured out the missing link... If you do not heal what hurt you, you will bleed on people who did not cut you. MORE >

I've had a good life as a wife, a mother, a sister, a daughter, a professional and a friend. But it wasn't until I started my second divorce that I realized something had been missing. I looked outside myself for approval, for my whole life. I did not take time to get to know myself or love and appreciate me for the human God created me to be. I did not feel I was worthy of the time for self-care or kind words from others or investing in myself. I put others' needs before mine, always - as a mom, as a wife, as a co-worker/team player.

When I stopped to get to know myself, my life changed! I found more love in my life than I knew was there, not just romantic love, but family and friends. I have more confidence and feel strong with who I am. I have peace and joy... true joy... the kind where you smile for no reason. I had never experienced that before but it felt amazing and I want to share it with as many women as possible.

I am Sam - a Health/Life Coaching and published author, focused on helping women reconnect with who they are and find the strength to build the life they desire. I found the missing link in my world and my job now is to help you find yours. Learn more at HealFirstCoaching.com.
